About Us: A Healthier Me
Our Mission A Healthier Me is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering individuals and communities to take charge of their health through education, resources, and preventive care. We believe that access to health services and knowledge is a fundamental right, and we are dedicated to creating opportunities for healthier lifestyles, one step at a time.

Our Vision We envision a world where every person, regardless of background, has access to the tools and resources they need to live a vibrant and healthy life. Through collaboration, education, and community engagement, A Healthier Me strives to bridge the gap in healthcare disparities and inspire lasting change.

The Monthly Health Fair at Jackie Robinson YMCA At the heart of A Healthier Me is our signature monthly health fair, hosted at the Jackie Robinson YMCA. These events are designed to provide accessible, free health screenings, wellness education, and resources to the local community. Attendees can take advantage of:

-
Blood pressure, glucose, and cholesterol screenings.
-
Nutrition and fitness workshops.
-
Mental health resources and support.
-
Vaccination clinics and preventive care services.
-
Health education from trusted local providers.
Our monthly health fairs are more than just events—they are a space for individuals to connect, learn, and take proactive steps toward better health.
